In the researches held in the USA, it was seen that sesame lowered the cholesterol. Broadcasting in the Internet for healthy nutrition, the Real Age Group reported that sesame prevented the liver to suck and produce cholesterol. It was further reported that sesame lowered the bad cholesterol (LDL) and due to mono unsaturated fat in it, it increased the good cholesterol (HDL) level. Researchers herald that suitable cholesterol level is good for the health.
